Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Banquet Servers. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables and counters as needed.
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests as required.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
- Assist with food preparation and dishwashing as necessary.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and linens for events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Previous server experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
