Job Site Supervisor

Northern Craft Construction is hiring a Jobsite Supervisor to lead residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

Daily Project Management

• Oversee full bathroom remodels from demo through final punch-out
• Run the jobsite, manage the workflow, and keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate with helpers, carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Ensure home protection, dust control, and client property care

Quality Control & Installation Oversight

• Inspect materials before installation
• Verify scope of work and confirm all details before the team starts
• Ensure proper framing, drywall, trim, vanity installs, and fixture installs
• Review tile, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure accuracy and finish quality
• Identify issues early and solve them quickly

Communication & Documentation

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, supervisors, and the office
• Read scopes, confirm details, and provide updates throughout the job
• Document progress in Google Photos and keep clear notes
• Report material needs, change orders, delays, or concerns immediately

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead helpers and carpenters by example
• Keep the team working at a steady, professional pace
• Train and mentor newer employees as needed
• Maintain a problem-solving mindset — no finger-pointing, no drama

Requirements

Must Have:

• 3–5 years of residential construction experience
• Strong English communication skills (able to read scopes, write updates, and communicate clearly with homeowners and supervisors)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Consistent attendance and professionalism
• Ability to run a jobsite without constant oversight
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with bathroom remodeling specifically
• Ability to manage multiple trades on a project
• Comfortable using phone/tablet apps for communication and documentation
• Ability to plan ahead and anticipate jobsite needs

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30am–4:00pm
• Year-round work
• Jobs stay within Anne Arundel County

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

• $50,000–$90,000 based on experience and leadership ability
