Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM –10:00 PM

Job Description
We are hiring a professional Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a warehouse/trucking facility in Jessup, Maryland. The supervisor will be responsible for managing officers, monitoring daily site operations, and ensuring all post orders and site procedures are followed.
Job Duties
- Supervise security officers assigned to the site
- Monitor gatehouse and access control operations
- Oversee truck driver check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure officers are on post, in uniform, and performing duties
- Maintain daily reports, truck logs, and incident reports
- Communicate with facility management, officers, and company leadership
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns
- Enforce post orders, site rules, and company policies
- Assist with call-outs, shift coverage, and officer accountability
Qualifications
- Prior security experience required
- Supervisory or lead officer experience preferred
- Warehouse, trucking, gatehouse, or access control experience preferred
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to lead a team
- Must have strong communication and report-writing skills
- Must be able to work the assigned schedule
- Must meet state and company requirements for unarmed security work
Certification Requirements (All)
MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification
