Northern Colorado Concrete Scanning (NCCS) is a growing Concrete Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) company specializing in scanning concrete structures for embedded items such as rebar, post-tension cables, conduits, and voids. Our services support construction, renovation, coring, and cutting projects where accuracy, safety, and professionalism are critical.
Position Summary
This role is specifically for part time field work. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to clients, performing concrete GPR scanning on active job sites and following up each job with a report to the customer. Occasionally, this position may assist with concrete coring operations; however, coring is not a primary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Show up promptly to job sites, set up, operate, and maintain GPR equipment.
- Build relationships with existing NCCS clients and generate repeat business.
- Assist with concrete GPR scanning and field operations.
- Mark, document, and assist with reporting scan results.
- Occasionally assist with concrete coring setup and cleanup.
- Follow all job site safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to perform physical labor in construction environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Access to a computer/wifi for writing reports.
- Sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn concrete GPR technology and ability to interpret results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid training at $30 per hour
- Post-training hourly rate of $35 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile
