**About the Position**
NAU Desert Campuses is recruiting an Operations Coordinator, Senior.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day
academic and operational functions of NAU Desert Campuses, a dynamic
statewide network serving students and academic programs across Southern
Arizona (Tucson and Yuma) and the Central Arizona region (Maricopa and
Pinal Counties). The incumbent is responsible for coordinating
operational logistics and administrative activities that ensure academic
programs and campus operations run efficiently and effectively. Key
responsibilities include managing classroom and facility scheduling,
supporting academic units, faculty, staff, students, community partners,
and other stakeholders, and facilitating the successful use of NAU
facilities, with a particular focus on NAU-North Valley. The position
serves as a central point of coordination to ensure a positive and
seamless instructional and campus experience across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities Include**

- Coordinate classroom use at the various Desert Campuses location,
campuses, as well as other assigned statewide locations, including:
- Liaise and interface with other offices, such as NAU CAPCOT/Space
day-to-day campus operations.
- Maintain, track, and facilitate creation and renewal of facility use
- Assign and monitor all classroom logistics to ensure facilities are
- Ensure confidentiality of appropriate information under FERPA
- Maintain and update schedule of courses and course rotation
