Are you a hands-on, organized problem-solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our trip operations across the Greater Grand Canyon and Alaska programs. From managing equipment and inventory to coordinating vehicles and supporting our guides, you’ll help make sure our teams have what they need to deliver safe, high-quality experiences for our travellers.
In support of the company mission, the Operations Coordinator provides hands-on operational support for the Greater Grand Canyon program from September through May and the Alaska program from June through August, under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM). This role helps ensure daily trip operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards by maintaining the readiness, organization, and quality of facilities, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and other operational resources. Key areas of support include warehouse management, inventory control, fleet coordination, guide assistance, and general operational tasks.
This job is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, from September through until May and Anchorage,AK from June through to August and is a full-time, permanent role. Housing will be provided during your time in Alaska. A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary. The salary range for this position is $18.00–$22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, with excellent perks and benefits.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office is preferred
- This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks.
- At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
- Must pass a background check
