career development professionals, student affairs programs, faculty, and

**About the Position**
We are looking for an individual to assist with the day-to-day
operations of the Job Shadow Program which aims to strengthen students\'
career preparedness through short-term experiential learning. The
Experiential Learning Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the
Job Shadow Program, including meeting one-on-one with students to help
them prepare for job shadows, communicating with students before and
after job shadows, communicating with employers, tracking data, and
marketing the program. The ideal candidate will have foundational career
development knowledge, strong communication skills, and demonstrate a
commitment to supporting students in their pursuit of career readiness.
This position provides direct service to students requiring in-person
work at the Flagstaff Mountain Campus between the hours of 8am-5pm M-F.

- Process intake of Interest Forms and email communications for
students.
- Collaborate with Program Manager on marketing and social media
shadow program.
- Meet one-on-one with students to ensure they are prepared for job
professionalism and supporting students\' understanding of how to
prepare for the experience.
- Communicate with students and employers to confirm job shadow
- Provide excellent customer service that supports and fosters
30% - Administrative Duties
- Track program data to provide engagement metrics.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Familiarity with career development resources.
- Duties as Assigned.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by department.
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in career or workforce development.
- Prior experience working with hi h school- or college-aged youth.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of career advising practices and principles.
- Knowledge of career development and employment trends, and related
