Job Summary:
We are growing and seeking an HVAC Service Technician to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC mechanics and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Perform local maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Educate customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practices
- Participate in emergency service rotation and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
Requirements (What You Bring):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Current CFC Certification
- Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
