This person provides direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and reports in written and verbal format on treatment planning and progress of individual residents. 

Education:        High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:      Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred

Licenses:          Must possess a valid state issued driver's license


Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday 12:00am to 12:00pm

Salary based on experience
