What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reimbursement Compliance Coordinator position at Northeastern Center Inc?
The Reimbursement/Compliance Coordinator reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supports revenue and billing processes including recommending continuous improvement and best practices for the billing department and reimbursement model. The position is responsible for ensuring contract fulfillment through key performance indicators (KPI’s) including regular and ongoing reporting. Reimbursement/Compliance Coordinator seeks award opportunities, submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with any awards granted. This position will collaborate with all departments throughout the organization.
Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Care Information, or related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressive experience in Health Care Management and supervision preferred.
Licenses: As required by degree or affiliation.
First shift, full time, M-F 8a-5p
