What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and supported every step of the way.
Your work will include:
- Applying lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, aeration/overseeding, and tick/mosquito control
- Inspecting lawns, identifying issues, and recommending solutions
- Running your own daily route efficiently and professionally
- Speaking directly with customers—you’ll be the face of the company
- Completing service paperwork and production sheets
- Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicles clean and organized
- Following company safety procedures and SOPs
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$28/hour depending on experience

Experience / Licensing
Preferred but not required:
- Lawn care or similar outdoor work experience
- Experience using small equipment
- Experience driving vans or trucks with trailers
- Massachusetts Pesticide Applicators License
- New Hampshire Pesticide Applicators License
No license? No problem. We provide training materials and will pay for licensing.
No lawn care experience? We can train the right person from the ground up.
