IMPORTANT: Applicants must have either a current or previous Pesticide Applicator’s License or prior lawn care industry experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities
- Apply lawn care and pest control treatments safely and effectively
- Diagnose lawn, pest, and plant health issues
- Educate clients and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records
- Operate company equipment responsibly
- Follow all safety procedures and state regulations
Qualifications
- Prior or current Pesticide Applicator’s License
- Prior lawn care, pest control, or plant health care experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
