NET is looking for experienced Master's Level Clinicians!
Join our dynamic IBHS team as a Master's Level Clinician dedicated to transforming the lives of urban youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges in the diverse city of Philadelphia. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact within underserved communities by providing comprehensive therapeutic interventions across home, school, and community settings.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage with youth & their families in meaningful therapeutic sessions
- Develop personalized behavior management plans that foster growth & resilience
- Collaborate closely with school communities to integrate mental health into educational setting
- Establish strong community partnerships to advocate for resources & services
- Provide timely crisis intervention & support
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health-related field.
- Demonstrated passion & commitment to serving urban youth & families
- Proficient in therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care
- Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments & schedules (evenings and weekends)
