THE ORGANIZATION:
Net Community Care is a division of Northeast Treatment Services (NET), a non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia region. As a designated Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) for the Department of Human Services, Net Community Care operates CUA1 and CUA7, providing comprehensive child welfare services focused on safety, permanency, and family well-being. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, Net Community Care works to stabilize families, support youth development, and ensure children can grow in safe, nurturing, and permanent homes. SUMMARY:
To provide administrative support to the CUA team. Service provision to comply with DHS Performance Standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree with at least 3 years administrative experience or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Strong professional communication and organizational skills, detail oriented.

Must have extensive computer experience, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) Outlook and database software.

Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services preferred.

Valid Driver’s License (issued by state in which employee lives) and safe driving record and proof of insurance coverage and registration
