Title & Tag Agent / DMV Services Specialist / Title Clerk

Locations: Multiple locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania — Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Luzerne & Monroe Counties
Pay: $16 – $18 per hour

Our team helps customers navigate PennDOT paperwork and vehicle transactions every day. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and learning something new, this could be a great fit.
If you’ve worked in a car dealership, messenger service, DMV-related office, or notary office, your experience may translate perfectly into this role.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and other PennDOT services
- Review and process paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized records and files
- Process payments using our point-of-sale system
- Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment where multitasking is important

Ideal Background
This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in:
- Automotive dealerships (title clerk, finance office, office manager)
- DMV or tag & title processing
- PennDOT messenger services
- Notary offices
- Administrative or customer service roles involving documentation and compliance
Direct title & tag experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
