Description Of Job Duties
Coordinate participant trips including arranging transportation, meals, activities and visits to transfer institutions.
Coordinate annual transfer fair and work closely with participants to identify appropriate career pathways and transfer institutions.
Organize workshops and activities to support student retention including workshops. Experience and Other Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, Student Services or related field required
Required to reside in the designated campus residence dorms and serve as a resource, mentor, and support person for participating students.
Proficiency with technology, excellent organizational skills, willingness to learn and one year of prior customer service experience required. Excellent Employee Benefits
