Description Of Job Duties
The Course Material Specialist assists in all daily operations for the Bookstore and is responsible for purchasing Course materials and program needs, including textbooks, kits, and uniforms. Assists with managing the Inclusive Access program. The Course Material Specialist should have excellent customer service skills. Experience and Other Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 Year Retail Experience
Excellent communication skills, well-organized, and customer-service oriented
Able to multi-task and handle interruptions
Critical thinking
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable using advanced formulas
