What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Driver Part Time position at Northeast Technical Institute?
NTI, Maine's leader in CDL driver training is searching for a part-time, CDL A licensed driver to shuttle trucks between various locations. On a weekly basis we are driving to the State test site, delivering and retrieving trucks from repair shops and exchanging equipment between campuses.
This is a part time opportunity which varies between 1-3 days per week with the days ranging from 3-10 hours. Monthly it can be between 10 and 80 hours. This role does not involve student instruction. However, previously, shuttle drivers have gone on to become excellent part time instructors, so that is a possibility for those interested.
Must have current valid CDL-A license and be violation/accident free for previous 5 years. Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and Clearinghouse query.
Hourly pay starts at $22/hour.
