ZeroEnergy Design (ZED) is seeking a talented Project Architect / Project Manager with 5 years of experience and a passion for sustainability. Our work spans custom single-family homes, affordable housing, and renovations of existing buildings.
Demonstrated expertise in wood-framed construction is essential, along with strong design and technical skills. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have experience across all phases of design. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, as is proficiency in Revit or another BIM platform.
We are a collaborative, integrated practice. Successful candidates are self-directed, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of their work while engaging closely with colleagues and consultants. Interest in high-performance building, systems integration, and thoughtful detailing is important.
Experience with Passive House and public work, including Chapter 149 projects, is preferred but not required.
