The Associate Director, Facilities Operations & Emergency Management performs the duties with competence in skills and professionalism treating a variety of ages including pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. The Speech Therapist actively participates in the growth and development of their Department/Clinic including quality management.

Essential Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Emergency Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field is desirable; equivalent professional experience and specialized skills will be strongly considered as an alternative to years of education.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Healthcare facilities, or in a setting that has transferrable skills & responsibilities (e.g. relevant Military Service or Public Service)
- Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation is preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire date.
