Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatient rehab and medical-surgical patients.
- Effectively manage a patient ratio of 1:10, ensuring quality care.
- Float to medical-surgical units and task-oriented assignments as required.
- Maintain communication with healthcare team and adhere to facility protocols.
- Document patient care accurately using MedHost EMR system.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed.
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of Med Surg and Rehab experience.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Ability to manage up to 10 rehabilitation and med-surgical patients.
- Experience with or ability to learn MedHost EMR system.
- Flexibility to float between units as necessary.
