This individual is responsible for coordinating new insurance applications from submission through policy issue, including gathering client information, preparing forms, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Day-to-day tasks include tracking underwriting progress, communicating with carriers and internal advisors, scheduling and monitoring medical exams or additional requirements, and updating internal systems and reports. The role involves regular interaction with clients and internal team members to provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth, timely process for all new business. The New Business Administrator also supports process improvements, maintains compliance with firm and carrier guidelines, and contributes to a professional, client-centered experience.
