Role Overview
We’re seeking a part-time, in-office Marketing & Advisor Relations Coordinator. Ideal for an early-career professional or student interested in financial services, marketing, and operations.

What You’ll Do:
Assist advisors with processing their life insurance and annuity cases, acting as a liaison between advisors and insurance carriers
Support advisor and client communication
Provide customer service and sales support
Coordinate marketing projects and outreach campaigns
Handle administrative tasks and help manage day-to-day projects
Maintain accurate follow-ups, documentation, and internal communication
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to support sales and marketing coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
1–2 years of college in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related fields
Financial services experience is a plus
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
