Who You Are:
- Tech-savvy: You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Google Suite. Proficient with Canva, Constant Contact and have a strong knowledge of marketing on social media platforms and email campaigns. Website development and maintenance. Copy and video scrip writing. Reel creation.
- Creative: Develop branding and design for multiple retreats and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and post-event follow-up.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to a website
- Email marketing design and implementation (including sales funnels).
- Create content for reels.
- Storytelling content.
- Design marketing materials like advertisements for social media.
- Monitor Google leads (including PPC and LSA advertising) and actively contact new leads.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing efforts align with SimplyPenny’s branding.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for future events.
Apply if You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3 years of proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency with Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Proficiency with website development and maintenance.
- Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Strong social media marketing skills, with the ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for events, including evenings or weekends.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in the travel sector, or mental health services.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- A knack for working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
