Location: 300 Birnie Ave, Springfield, MA


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (No weekends)


Expected Hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

  Verify patient identity and insurance information

  
  


• 
  

  Collect co-pays and deductibles, and post payments to patient accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accuracy in data entry and navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize insurance portals/websites to verify coverage

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum Education: High School Diploma

  
  


• 
  

  Experience Required:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    2 years as a PSR / Medical Receptionist

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    2 years with medical terminology

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) and portals

    
    
  
  
  
  


•
