About NeMCMHA
Serving Alpena, Alcona, Presque Isle, and Montmorency counties since 1968, NeMCMHA employs nearly 400 people across 17 accredited programs. Our mission is to provide comprehensive services that empower individuals to live and work independently.
Your Role
- Oversee Infant Mental Health Specialists and all aspects of Home-Based Services (HBS)
- Monitor program fidelity and participate in consultation, treatment planning, and service monitoring
- Supervise staff within HBS and act as liaison for Wraparound Services
- Maintain schedule and provide supervision for Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services (ICSS)
- Collaborate with community partners to support services for infants, children, and families
- Participate as an active member of the Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Team
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work and LMSW licensure (Infant Mental Health Certificate preferred)
- Experience: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with experience in evaluation and treatment of minors and families
- Other: Michigan driver’s license with satisfactory record; functional computer literacy required
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, bend, stand, sit, lift up to 25 lbs., stretch/reach, hear, see, and drive. Reasonable accommodations available.
