Your Role: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Clinician

As an ACT Clinician, you’ll deliver person-centered care to individuals with serious mental illness, emotional disturbance, or intellectual/developmental disabilities. You’ll be a trusted advocate, connector, and clinician—helping people access the services they need to live independently and thrive.
What You’ll Do
• Provide clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Develop and monitor person-centered service plans
• Link individuals to medical, social, educational, and community resources
• Collaborate with families, schools, and partner agencies
• Participate in the agency’s emergency services on-call rotation
• Serve on the Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Team
• Support individuals with co-occurring disorders through specialized training
Compensation
• Rate of Pay: $31.46 – $42.09/hour
• Status: Full-Time, Exempt
• Reports To: Program Manager or Designee
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution
• Highest level of licensure per Michigan state guidelines
• At least 1 year of relevant mental health experience
• Strong communication skills and functional computer literacy
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use is valued
