Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Medicine Clinician to provide cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within a professional medical practice. The ideal candidate is clinically trained, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, natural-looking results while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including:
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox/Dysport)
- Dermal fillers (e.g., hyaluronic acid-based fillers)
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including facial assessment and medical history review
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical best practices
- Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and treatment records
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and state regulations
- Manage and respond to complications or adverse events appropriately
- Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and injectable inventory
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships and retention
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and medical team members
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) in the applicable Northeast state
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing cosmetic injectables preferred
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Strong communication and consultation skills
Preferred Skills
- Established patient following or ability to build a client base
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
- Certification or advanced training in aesthetic injectables
- Strong sales and patient conversion skills
