Meet with or have telephone contact with selected children and parents for evaluation, supportive interventions, crisis management and communication of significant information. Responsible for the coordination of clinical treatment team meetings. Responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of transition plans with referring agencies and/or school systems, and potential post program placements. QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in human service field preferred; will consider Bachelor's with relevant experience. Minimum of three years of experience with emotionally/behaviorally challenged children and youth highly desirable. SALARY & BENEFITS $23.75 - $29.03/hour, depending upon education and experience Education reimbursements and loan repayment program. Monday - Friday work week.
