PART TIME POSITION - 5 DAYS A WEEK - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
$17.00 per hour to start
Hours are Monday-Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm and 10:00am-3:00pm on Friday
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Work directly with Doctor Offices and Hospitals to process orders for medical equipment and supplies
- Answer phones and help customers with their orders/deliveries and questions
- Help customers in the store with questions and purchases
- Process orders including confirming medical necessity, insurance verifications, authorizations and proper documentation
- Posting payments from insurance companies and patients
- Scan and electronically file medical records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Multitasking capabilities
- Computer and technological literacy
- Positive and professional image
- Must be reliable and able to work everyday
