Title: Customer Service Representative

Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:
- Opens and updates customer accounts by recording information
- Provides technical data, responds to inquiries with product quotations, addresses customer requests related to quotations, samples, orders and expedites.
- Contract review, data entry of orders and order changes
- Resolves product problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause and responding with the best solution.
- Occasional travel required
- Other duties as assigned
Education - Experience:
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience
Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:
- Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Phone, Computer and General Office Skills (Data Entry, use of email, word processing, copier, fax, filing), MultiTasking
Any other training requirements / comments:
Training on in house software system, contract review, product line, plastic attributes
Any other training requirements / comments
Use of internal software system for purchasing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up-to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arms and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and use fingers. Ability to pull, push and lift objects. Ability to grasp and feel.
