Duties

- Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infections, including sterilizing instruments and managing sterile fields.
- Operate medical imaging devices and other diagnostic tools to capture high-quality images for evaluation.
- Monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures, noting any abnormalities or concerns for immediate attention.
- Document procedure details accurately in medical records, including observations, technical data, and patient responses.
- Support post-procedure care by providing instructions to patients and ensuring proper recovery protocols are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience working in gastroenterology or a related medical field, with familiarity in endoscopy procedures preferred.
- Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal anatomy, physiology, and common disorders to assist in diagnostic evaluation.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of diagnostic imaging techniques used in gastroenterology.
