What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose issues, determine the best remedy, and execute quality solutions.
- Follow local plumbing codes and regulations to the letter.
- Provide clear, courteous communication and outstanding customer service.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Coordinate with fellow tradespeople and contractors to deliver seamless work.
- Keep job sites orderly and uphold a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license.
- Proven, hands-on experience and strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfort working independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy materials.
