What You’ll Handle
- Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of HVAC systems—heating, cooling, and ventilation.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot performance issues; implement reliable fixes.
- Install new HVAC equipment and verify proper configuration and operation.
- Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients in a straightforward, customer-friendly way.
- Accurately record service activities, repairs made, and maintenance completed.
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations while on the job.
- Keep current with industry developments and evolving HVAC technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
- Valid HVAC technician license with relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC service or a closely related role.
- Strong command of HVAC systems, tools, diagnostic instruments, and installation practices.
- Proven problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
