Pay Range: $90,000-110,000 annual

Reports to: Chief Quality Improvement Officer

Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or business/public administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality/performance improvement and 2 years in a management role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement metrics and performance targets to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives that support accreditation, licensing, and certification.
- Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer, managing privacy programs, policies, and incident response.
- Collaborate with leadership to enforce standards, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee audits, investigations, and compliance with human rights mandates.
- Chair committees and deliver training programs to support agency standards.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and optimize outcomes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or business/public administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality/performance improvement and 2 years in a management role.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (CMS, DPH, DDS, HIPAA, etc.).
