Compensation
$23.00 to $24.00 per hour, $15 Hourly Sleep Rate
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and active MAP and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Residents require support with daily living activities, meal preparation, community engagement, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to meet individuals' clinical, social, and daily living needs.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, transferring, and other individualized support needs.
- Support meal preparation, household activities, and recreational opportunities.
- Facilitate meaningful community experiences that encourage skill development, relationship building, and independence.
- Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and Northeast Arc policies.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments, hospital visits, and community outings as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including communication logs, health records, daily data collection, and safety reports.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all individuals served.
- CPR/First Aid and MAP Certification required.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers, mobility support, and other physical activities.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and provide physical intervention when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centered supports.
