What You'll Do
As Our Administrative & Training Specialist, You Will
✨ Keep daily office operations running smoothly
✨ Greet consumers, employees, vendors, and visitors with a friendly, professional presence
✨ Support administrative tasks (phones, filing, electronic records, data entry, documentation)
✨ Assist with maintaining office security and opening/closing procedures
✨ Operate standard office equipment (phones, scanner, fax/copier, postage meter)
✨ Collaborate with agency trainers to develop, revise, and enhance training curriculums
✨ Assist with scheduling trainings, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance
✨ Support staff training processes and contribute to a positive learning environment
You'll be a key member of both the HR and Training teams, making a meaningful impact every day.
What We're Looking For
We'd Love To Meet You If You Bring
✔ At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or mental health needs
✔ Age 21 , with good physical and emotional health
✔ High School Diploma/GED (administrative or residential care experience a plus!)
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Experience with electronic medical records and digital database systems
✔ Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately type agency documentation
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Detail‑oriented, organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively
✔ Ability to work cooperatively in a team‑focused environment
✔ Comfort with several hours of computer work and answering phones daily
✔ A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow
✔ Professional, welcoming demeanor when interacting with visitors, staff, and consumers
