What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable and maintain accurate records
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks
- Use HR software for payroll or employee record tasks
- Assist with HR-related administrative duties
- Ability to work cooperatively in a Team environment.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma required; college or office experience preferred
- In good physical and emotional health, suitable to provide for the emotional, intellectual, physical, and social needs of consumers with disabilities.
- Experience in bookkeeping/accounts payable
- Familiarity with HR software; HR experience a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Someone who doesn't mind scanning, some minor filing, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Must be flexible and willing to help out within the office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
