Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator will participate in interviewing, hiring and orienting new staff in the ABA division, including Behavior Technicians and BCBAs, to meet the incoming needs of new referrals.

Key Resonpsibilities
- Collaborates with program directors on caseload assignments and staffing schedules.
- Communicates hiring needs and submits appropriate requisition forms to Northeast Arc talent acquisition team.
- Assists newly hired staff with completion of onboarding forms, mandated agency trainings, clinical trainings, electronic health record and other systems trainings.
- Contacts and build professional relationships with local colleges and universities to brand Northeast Arc to professors and students.
- Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience working in the human services or disability field and an understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- Experience with interviewing.
