- The Nurse Manager will be responsible for their respective unit(s) seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day. This responsibility includes scheduling, mentoring, customer service, and etc. with a primary concern for ensuring quality patient care of neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Assesses and maintains adequate staffing needs.
- Maintains effective communication.
- Provides a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Manages departmental budget in a manner reflective of sound fiscal planning.
