Summary:
Responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of patient care on the assigned shift. Supervises and evaluates work performance in accordance with established criteria-based standards of performance. Responsible for the coordination of clinical operations.

Education
- Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing, which must be achieved within three years of starting the role.
- An Associate's degree RN currently in the role may be grandfathered in.
- Bachelors in nursing or related field with 2 years or more of clinical nursing experience preferred including 1 year of recent pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience preferred.
- Current RN License in the State of Alabama.
- Current BLS certification.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support
- Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
- Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Nursing in Nursing
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
- 2 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Acute
