Northeast Air Sealing is looking for an Energy Auditor/Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate residential and commercial buildings, recommend energy efficiency improvements, and provide cost estimates for insulation and weatherization projects.
This is a hybrid position — you’ll spend time both in the field and in the office, with opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles as we expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Conduct energy audits on homes and commercial buildings

 Identify energy-saving opportunities and insulation solutions

 Prepare accurate estimates for projects

 Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

 Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and team members

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

What We’re Looking For

 5 years of experience in energy auditing, construction management, or related

field

 High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Energy

Management, or similar preferred

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills

 Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites as needed

 Valid driver’s license

Preferred Certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

 BPI Certification

 OSHA 30

 RRP Lead Paint Certification

 Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
