Northcutt Realty LLC, located in Auburn, Alabama, is looking for a bookkeeper to handle various accounting, finance, and billing details for residential, property management, sales, and association management. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, good work ethic and the ability to multitask. In this role, your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, check deposits, assisting with COA/HOA annual budgets, processing security deposits, and more.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare/Review monthly bank reconciliations and other account analysis
· Assist with tenant and vendor balance/ledger inquiries
· Assist in building COA & HOA annual budgets
· Trouble shoot utility billing issues
· Process security deposit refunds
· Special projects as requested by management
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Must possess superb time management skills
Qualifications:
· Must have associates degree in accounting, bachelor’s degree preferred
· Accounting experience preferred
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
(Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher etc.)
· Yardi Voyager experience preferred
