Client Services Associate

Northbridge Financial Group is a rapidly growing financial planning firm seeking to add to our team. We are looking to hire a Financial Advisor Assistant/Client Service Associate to assist both our advisors and clients directly. Northbridge Financial Group delivers comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, and the primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the implementation and ongoing support of these plans.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be wide-ranging consisting of:

· Opening and Transfer of investment accounts

· Preparation and processing of insurance applications

· Overseeing underwriting of insurance products

· Client follow-ups for new applications and underwriting

· Changes to existing accounts (address, billing, beneficiaries, loan requests)

· CRM data entry and workflow management

· Client service requests

Qualifications:

• Desire to be part of a growing team

• Self-starter who wants to learn and grow

• Strong Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience using Redtail CRM (or other similar CRM software) preferred

• Experience using Orion Advisor Technology preferred

• Experience with LPL Financial Client Works preferred

• Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center preferred

• Experience with Fidelity preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to multi-task and utilize time management skills

Financial Licenses are preferred but not required:

Sponsorship provided to complete securities exams (Series 7, 66) and Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity

Career paths and development tracks for Financial Planning and/or Advisor roles available

Knowledge of the financial industry, (including retirement products and life insurance programs) and previous office experience are required.
