Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a treatment or behavioral health setting and be familiar with Paycom HRIS. This role is essential to ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and employee support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, job postings, and candidate screening.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in Paycom.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources; experience in a treatment or healthcare setting is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Paycom HRIS is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
