About the Company
Our client is a highly respected buy-side financial services firm located in the heart of Manhattan. They are seeking an experienced, polished Administrative/Executive Assistant to provide dynamic support across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the administrative team, you will play an essential role in keeping the firm running smoothly by supporting Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination for senior leaders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including vendor and logistics management
- Assisting with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Processing expense reports through SAP Concur with thorough attention to detail
- Leveraging MS Outlook, Word, and Excel to prepare communications, documents, and reports with precision
- Serving as a professional and reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Handling general office and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and triaging phone/email inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of high-level administrative experience, ideally within Financial Services or a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a warm, approachable demeanor

- Skilled at managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
