Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York, is looking for a Corporate Actions Associate to join its team!
Responsibilities
- Handling corporate actions and lifecycle events for a wide range of assets. This includes working with both voluntary and mandatory events and utilizing SWIFT messaging.
- Performing accounting-related processing and assessing the P&L impact of events.
- Taking full ownership of assigned processes, including data maintenance, timely execution of activities, and strict adherence to established controls.
- Reviewing and addressing daily cash, position, and accrual reconciliations, and assisting in resolving settlement exceptions.
- Collaborating with internal teams—such as Middle Office, Securities Master for asset setup and lifecycle events, and the Reconciliation team for break resolution—as well as Business and Legal partners.
- Coordinating with external Trustees and Brokers.
- Managing inquiries and maintaining full accountability for all lifecycle event processes.
Qualifications
- Exposure to both voluntary and mandatory events
- 2-9 years experience in the financial services industry
Salary : $50 - $70
