Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of class action and product liability matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents with precision and persuasive impact.
- Lead large-scale discovery efforts and coordinate across multi-matter dockets.
- Conduct rigorous legal research and contribute to the development of strategic case approaches.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing timely updates and proactive support.
- 4–7 years of litigation experience gained at a leading Am Law firm.
- Experience in class action defence, product liability, or mass torts.
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Previous federal clerkship preferred.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying (New York or California).
