- Provide staff with initial information on homeless students, enter updates in student information system, update online database (ECYEH), and maintain up to date spreadsheet to track student information and communication

- Create meeting sign-in sheets and greet visitors to the District Office
- Track monthly mileage for supervisor and generate quarterly or semi-annual reports for reimbursement
- Submit Facility Requests as needed to reserve a room or space for an event or meeting in another NASD building
- Research resources for purchases at the best possible cost to the district, order supplies, create requisitions, and process purchase orders following District procedures (counselors, grants, etc.)
- Generate accounting reports and track information in Google Sheets (grants)
- Creates BIS (Board Information Sheet) documents monthly as needed (contributions, contracts, etc.)
- Executes duplicating and copy work, as necessary

TITLE: Curriculum Secretary – Grants and Special Programs

JOB SUMMARY: Provide secretarial and technology support, including spreadsheet creation and management, data entry, student information entry, management, and reports, for the Supervisor Grants and Special Programs and the curriculum department as needed.
