- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while communicating with clients
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred
- Experience in sales or client services will be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Reliable transportation
